Qi Gong is essentially moving mediation. We offer a beginner's Qi Gong class for newbies - no pressure. There is no wrong way to practice Qi Gong. Discover the health benefits of fluid movement combined with mindful breathing. Classes will be 9:00am on the first and third Saturdays beginning in June (2023). Wear comfortable clothes!
